Trending @Cognizant; Need Clarification on RTO Policy waiting for promotion with 3.6 years of experience

I’m a bit confused about the RTO policy, especially with the rotational week-offs. It seems quite difficult to maintain 3 office days every week if there are leaves or holidays.

Out of concern for meeting the RTO requirement, I’ve been going to the office almost every day, even on my week-offs, and haven’t been able to use my 42 pending leaves.

Since it’s logically impossible to maintain exactly 3 days of RTO when week-offs, leaves, and holidays overlap, could you please confirm if the expectation is to maintain an average of 3 days per week or if it must be strictly 3 days every week?
