Need clarification on PF overlapping

I hope you are all going well.

I am writing this message regarding PF overlapping. Before joining IT. I worked as a Physics Lab technician at Intermediate college 2021 March.

I worked there for two months. they told us to leave because of COVID, promising to call you once things had calmed down. However, I was without a call for two months. I thus told the principal that since you were not paying me, I would be finding another job. Please let me know if the college reopens. My principal gave his consent for this.

I worked as a contract employee for over 40 days at another small manufacturing company from July 27, 2021, to September 1, 2021. I then had a call from Sri Chaitanya, therefore I told the business of the same and departed.

At Intermediate college DOJ & DOE - 15 March 2021 & 30 December 2021 At Another company DOJ & DOE - 27 July 2021 & 01 September 2021.

Could you please give me advice. Will there be any issue if I switch companies. How to deal with this?
