Need clarification on PAD policy

Hi everyone

I have joined JPMC this year April and I did not have any idea on the pad policy and I was doing Futures and options and buying the stocks for future purposes till last month. Once I got to know about the policy i stopped doing that my question is if I declare my demat account will it create any problem or is it fine to declare please help.
