Need Clarification on Hiring Process with PwC

Recently I have applied for Senior Associate role in Pwc India and after my profile got shortlisted, they sent me a invite for Technical Interview and link for assessment (Talview). Yesterday I attended the interview and same day evening I got a call from the HR saying I have cleared the interview and Director discussion will be scheduled the next day. Can somebody confirm me, even after clearing the Technical round is it mandatory to clear the assessment (Psychometric test) or it is just a formality to attempt? Did anyone attempt such assessments in Big 4 firms?
