Trending @Cognizant; Need clarification on earned leaves amount calcification

Hello everyone

I'm currently serving my notice period and my lwd was sep 29 and after discussing with manager and HR they changed my LWD to sep 12th hence i wanted to know how can i get official information any mail or in some portal like how many earned leaves were used to reduce my notice period and what is the value of those leaves if it would have been encashed.

I'm willing to show some proof to the new company about this loss to compensate.

If anyone aware please share.
