Need clarification about Bands 🤔

I got to know that In a team, 25% will get A ,50% will get B & rest 25% will get C

Assume a team of 60 people 15 - A band 30 - B band 15 - C band

Is this true ?

What about D bro? Does every team provide D or its very rare? Best case most of the teams provide A/B/C only correct?

It's half truth. This is called curve fitting where you decide how much % of people will get A, B, C and D The number which you mentioned can be different.

For e.g., an account which has 10 projects and each project has employees working. Now they will get the instructions that only 20% of people will get A and project A might get only 10% of A whereas Project B might get 30% of A band.

The numbers are never fixed
