Trending @Wipro; Need clarification

I have a query most of the time after two-three days of applying for an internal project opportunity in Wipro, I am getting rejection mail And in that rejection reason is the same every time

"Client has dropped the order/ not confirmed the order yet"

Could anyone please explain this reason. Is it my profile that does not feel suitable or does the client take back that project from Wipro
