Trending @Cognizant; Need clarification

I have taken the service now course in the service now portal using our cognizant partner ship credentials and I didn't claimed the voucher yet ..I completed the course last year ...when the date gets nearer i tried to claim it but it showing voucher expired can't claim ..any problem for me ?
