Need Carrer advise

Hi all, I am 33M. I have 10YOE in healthcare domain, currently working as application support tech. Is there any way, I can still try my way into FAANG. I never had any coding experience, but I can try my best to learn it from scratch. Kindly guide -

  1. Can I still make into top product based companies at this age with this much gap or skills.

  2. If yes, please guide the way to prepare for the same.!

Yes, you could but would take at least 6months to 1 yr of grind

Not every role is coding role.! I was consultant in infy and now stuck in hcl in application support.. in my current app support role we don't need coding knowledge..

Not good in taking people's job..lol.!! Basically I am not made for management roles.! Moreover I hate managerial roles.! Still keep this thought in my mind, if nothing works up for me.!
