Trending @Accenture; Need Career switch advice
Hi Guys,
Since far 3 years I am working in Accenture as a tester, from last one year I was doing my post graduation diploma certification from one institute now it will end soon, I am thinking about internal switch my career but I have zero idea what should I do, I don't know the process to switch internally. Is it even possible to switch from testing to data scientist as I have worked 3 years as a tester and now m transitioning so I will get some good hike also with career change?
Ohh I am also im the same place.they will switch but we need to have certificate in that skill atleast 6 months .then you manager may consider your switch

Switching from testing to data science is possible but challenging. Upskill in Python, machine learning, and data analysis. Internal switches can be slow; consider external opportunities for better hikes.
