I would say u can relocate to Hyd and explore it . Opportunity wise its much better than Kolkata. I am also from Kolkata location , married and from opportunities wise itās bad . Companies are not ready to pay much and once u cross 20lpa mark u will get a hard time trying to switch
Even though the obvious answer is Bangalore but now a days a lot of pan-India opportunities have come up. So you can stay in Kolkata or go to Bangalore/Hyderabad - all depends on the offer u hold
