Need career guidance

I am currently a Consultant with Deloitte USI. My projects have been irregular like 2 in product development with minimum knowledge gain of technical side of product and current one is very consulting heavy but very uncertain in terms of expectations like no one knows what needs to be done kind of, but a lot of burden on me to perform. I have been applying to many companies but getting calls from the likes of acc strat and PwC only. Somehow I have lost the whole confidence and these consulting projects don't make any sense to me. I feel ecommerce quick commerce or product side roles will be more suitable. As they give opportunity to see the actual business side of things. But I am not getting any shortlists from those. Sadly current state is unbearable. I feel like I am going into depression. Will it be okay if I switch to any other Consulting company and then again try to switch to the work I want to do. Very messed up with these thoughts. Not having any specific learnings to be confident about. I dont even feel like logging in everyday. Please share if anyone has gone through the same.
