Need Career Guidance

I'm an associate product developer with over 3 years of experience. I previously worked with Java, Spring Boot, and Docker but left due to a poor work culture. For the past 2 years, I've been with my current organization, but the technology stack here is outdated, and I was misled about working on Java. I don't see growth opportunities and feel disconnected from modern technologies.

How can I prepare to switch to roles involving Java and Spring Boot?
