Need career guidance
After completing engineering I got a full time job opportunity in a logistic company as a business analyst. At the start everything was good but slowly I was pushed in the non technical department. Right now my majority of work consists of people's management. There is no technical aspect left in my job role and neither am I learning anything. After spending 02 years in the company I learned nothing. After realising my mistake I started learning SQL and then I've planned to learn Tableau as I have an inclination towards Data Analytics but due to my toxic job I can't focus on things. Also I can't leave the current job as I am having the responsibilities of my family. Seeing my friends succeeding in their job really makes me anxious. Also I can't apply for jobs in service based companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture etc. as I'm having 4 years educational gap after class 10 due to financial issues. My father lost his job so I was helping my father who was working in a local groceries shop during that time.

I cannot advice you on this much but after taking all suggestions and advices evaluate them don't go by any suggestions as such. - This is actually my finding those who ask for suggestions don't take action on it. I would give you below points to follow -
- Try to find what you are interested which I think you did it
- Be sure about what you like and would you really like to work in it.
- Be interview ready you will definitely get a chance.
