Need Career Advice/POV : How much does the brand of a company matter down the line?

So I’m M(30) working in Infra/Real Estate Sector for 5 years now. Engg from Tier 1.5/2 and MBA from (one of top 5). Have worked with 2 well know orgs in this industry but now switching to a Tier 2/3 one. Reason being 1. Big money of course and 2. Want some real business/operator type of experience which I’m not getting in big corporates.

So down the line, with the right experience, would I still be able to join a big corporate at a leadership level?
