Need career advice

I am a SAP HCM ECM functional consultant with 3 years of experience in infy and wanted to switch So which sap course should I take and learn to grab a best offer? Is it sap mm or sap success factors or should I go with SAP HCM ? Can someone clear my mind confusion.
