Need career advice – Data Scientist 3.5 YOE

Graduated from a Tier-1 college and have been working as a Data Scientist at an IT MNC for 3.5 years (current CTC: ₹23L + stocks)

Feeling a bit plateaued. What's the best next move?

• Double down on ML/Al (aim for Staff/Lead roles)?

• Switch companies?

• MBA from IIM for leadership/PM/consulting transition?

Is MBA worth the opportunity cost at this stage?
