Trending @Capgemini; Need career advice

I'm currently into infra automation development but there's not much exposure in my project and no hike, non billable, no promotion nothing, I am fed up with working on those i don't have much time to switch i can take only 3 months to upskill myself but I like go into AI ML in my career as a long run for now I need to get released from my toxic work culture what should I do

I'm planning to get some data analyst job for fst and then slowly switch to AI ML is in mind at the same time idk why devops is running on my mind... But idk much about devops also

Can anyone gimme nice suggestion on this !!
