Need career advice

I am 24M working as UI/UX Designer in a service based company in Ahmedabad with 2 years of work experience but nothing quality work.

Currently I am earning 3lpa and confused a lot that should I change the field and start learning AI/ML or should I start preparing for SSC CGL for stability in terms of career, because I am very average guy in terms of skills and education qualification just done the btech in IT from tier 3 college and not at all intrested in coding right now but for money should I start learning AI or what should I do or choose in terms of career so it looks promising in near future?

And also don't have money and freedom to choose to do any kind of business
