Need career advice

I am working as a QA Automation Engineer with 6 years of experience and a CTC of 15.5 LPA (including variable pay). I’m planning to start preparing and switch to a different company. However, I’m a bit confused about whether I should focus on improving my skills in testing technologies only or start preparing for DevOps or another tech field and switch to that. Also, is there a good future in Automation Testing?
