Need Career Advice

Hi folks, I’m currently working at TCS with 3.5 lpa salary (~7months experience) and i do not have a project as of now. I recently received an offer from a relatively small/private software company.

6 months @25k/month Post that SDE @ 4.8 LPA 1.5 year bond at new company If I leave TCS now, I pay 50k bond

I want to switch but again signing a bond for 1.5 year in this salary is not making sense to me

Would like any insights that can help in making a final decision

Don’t leave a permanent job for a internship plus conversion it’s a risk which will cost u 50k and ur metal health

If the opportunity is good switch... its okay to take risk at the beginning of your career. Tcs will not give you a hike anyway seeing their company's performance.
