Need Career Advice

I have almost 4 years of experience in QA and manual testing. Currently, I'm pursuing a master's in Data Science and Technology from WILP BITS, which will end in August. My skills include machine learning, deep learning, NLP, building LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain), SQL, and Python. I am also 3x AWS certified. My current CTC is 7 LPA at Cognizant.

I'm looking for advice on: Expected CTC for my profile Companies to target Any other suggestions

Not at all sure on product companies, should definitely be able to offer a good market standard, may be 20+? Im assuming 15+ minimum for a DS role at mentioned service companies But really don't have any inputs
