Need career advice:

I'm at a career crossroads and would appreciate some guidance. I have two opportunities in front of me:

A lead role at Mobikwik A mid-senior marketing role at Jubilant FoodWorks (Popeyes), a growing consumer brand.

My long-term career goal is to build deep consumer understanding and eventually grow into a Marketing Head role at a leading consumer brand.

Which of these roles do you think would better align with my long-term aspirations? Also keeping in mind the org and org culture. I have always worked with digital first brands before.
