Need career advice.
Hi all, I am working as a java production support engineer for 4.6 years in a banking project. This is a legacy project with no proper growth. I am trying to upskill and switch to Spring boot Micro-services role. I have attended couple of interviews for service based companies but got screwed in second round.
I have been further applying but not getting further interview calls due to 90 days NP. Should I resign first and then start applying for interviews. Is it a risky choice considering the market situation? Please advice

Will be honest staying here has higher risk of making you obsolete.
Hence my suggestion drop your papers if the reason behind not getting Job or clearing is due to NP. Most cases of TCS employees is this NP that ruins their Job prospects.
Personally putting down Paper and searching for Jobs is better. There is demand for talent. First 30 to 45 days one begins to question themselves why there are no calls or higher rejection but the second half sudden surge of calls and demands come in.
My principle is simple, if one is getting interviews and offers only when the market is good there is something seriously wrong. True talent is always in demand.
Also I am serving NP and leaving this time. OLs and Interviews have started popping off like crazy as I entered my last few days
