Need Career Advice

I’m currently interning and working at a fintech company in Bangalore, where I primarily work with React and Node.js. I also do some freelancing in UI/UX design.

At the moment, I’m learning Next.js and exploring DevOps.

I’m considering a job change and would like to know if it’s feasible in the current market conditions. If so, could you suggest some companies where I might apply? Currently, my compensation includes a fixed salary of 8 LPA and a 3 LPA bonus distributed over 3 years.
