Need Career Advice

I am a frontend developer with 3.5 years of experience earning around 9lpa with React and Next.js only. I feel like I am stuck and don't know what to do next and only React is not enough for career growth. I think of doing DSA or learning spring boot or learning devops or learning system design. When I try to switch I don't get any attention from any recruiters. What should I work on? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
