Need Career Advice !!!!

Hi, I am currently having 3 years of work experience in BFSI in which 2 years in client services and 1 year in manual testing.

What job roles options I can shift into for career progression. I am confused at this stage and don’t know how to proceed.

Do I learn Automation .. ? But I don’t know any coding

Do I lean for business analyst/ scrum master or PSPO, etc. any techno functional roles ….? But will I get job based on my experience.. will I like this role
