So I started my career at capgemini and I was trained on oracle application, Like SQL PL SQL unics and voracy e-business suite and some function models of procure to pay and order to cash, not in Detail.

After that I got tagged to an project retail project. Where we are going through this Oracle retail modules. And there is nothing to work here. There is no development work. I don't think so. This technology is even good for my future scopes. I want to settle down in Supply chain management So I'm looking for any career advice which can help me out. What should I be doing. So to have a high package, high Carrier growth. So what should I be doing? Any career advices, please
