Need assistance in learning new technologies.

Joined as a fresher and currently I'm working on an internal IT project as a support where I feel there is no growth unfortunately this project doesn't release us until 3 yrs it's my 2nd year completed now, i tried for wings 1 in the past cycles and I feel like they are making it more difficult by changing rules every cycle however they want, I'm afraid and I want to learn new technologies before getting released or even if I want to switch company i need to have some knowledge on trending technologies.

Please anyone guide me on this also if anyone is interested we can learn together everyday.

Some background about me I have completed by graduation with a BCA degree where i didn't learn much I only know basic C, C++, Java, DS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (currently learning).
