Need Analysis

Am with 8 years of overall experience in database developer. I joined TCS 2022 with 13LPA two years back. Now I requested for salary revisions but they denied my request. What would be your suggestions??

They don't do salary revisions.

You wont get a promotion now (which comes with just 15%) just 2 years after joining.

Get an offer and leave.

Usually 4 to 5 years, unless of course you can get yourself a strong Godfather.

Bro, it's TCS. HRs here go to an extent where if you show them a counter offer of 20LPA, they have the audacity to say we can give you max 16LPA. TCS doesn't follow industry norms. Better to leave this crap system.
