Hi, Can anyone give review for the company awc software is it good to join. I have previously worked at wipro. Now thinking of joining awc but can’t decide whether to join or not… Pls suggest for this. I am having 3yrs experience at wipro in SAP abap. Left it 3 months back due to lack of project opportunities, LOP new policy, etc. Now I am looking for a new opportunity for my experience with nice salary. So got an opportunity from AWC software they are offering 7lpa package but with a bond of 1.5 lac of duration 1.5 years. Is it fair according to my experience at wipro and as per market Standard. Or what salary should I expect?
This is my personal opinion and ultimately you will have to decide for yourself.
Any company asking for bond is a red flag. I’m not sure if it is even legal. This used to be in practice 15 -20 years ago (including Wipro) for new graduates. I’m surprised that it still exists and that too for lateral. I would stay away from such a company.
Lmfao it fr does exist, and I've even seen companies asking for 1L or so security deposit 🤣😭
Yes they are asking for a bond to sign by giving excuse that they also need guarantee for their project client..
I have 3yrs experience of wipro.
I don't have any other job in hand right now, that's what they already know maybe that's why they think I will have to accept bond.
I'm totally confused and stressed right now..
What should I do, should I accept this offer as bond amount seems huge for me..
