Need an advice what would be best for a 11 years automation testing engineer. Be in same company with 30% hike or take offer outside with57%

I feel offer package is decent And only issue is with commute with new company as its far from my place. Rest everything is almost same with current company

Of course take the outside offer, if the decision is just based on compensation.
If there are other factors like # days WFO, commute distance, seniority, new system/company process learning curve, W-L balance, job stability - then you need to weigh your pros and cons and decide whats more important for you.

Think overall not just compensation. At the end of the day once you reach 30% tax bracket, then 3-4L/year compensation difference doesn’t add much to your in-hand salary.
