Its a vague statement without much context. Speaking on aversge terms the entire IT Industry across the globe is going to be saturated as the Industry is going through many major shifts.
You must check the real stats for your specific domain in the market and ask yourself what the average salary for someone with your experience, knowledge and skills gets. Then you must figure out the Industry average salary and appraisal rate. Just asking in your circle to few people wont do. Of course there will always be outliers who you will likely hear about but you must check if you lie in the general average salary range for your domain of work.
Just because one has joined a company and stayed for 2 years expecting a hike YoY is impractical. There are too many variables that you have not specified to get a conclusive answer.

Better you start looking for other opportunities. There's no point in staying capgemini
I am 50% there. I am relocating to a better location in terms of opportunities, will definitely be out in next 3-4 months
