Hi guys, I am a PA working under a support project in the CIS domain and have a 1.5 yr experience. I'm continuously up skilling for Devops roles but unfortunately not able to get any calls from outside. I want to be in a technical project but I don't know how to do so. People who are taking release in the hope that they will be getting technical projects are still on the bench.
Please guide me or help me to get into some cloud technical roles.
I will suggest directly reach out to sdm or sr sdm and check with them about project opportunities
For 1.5 you won't get many calls. First understand how many projects/opportunities are there in the organization. Connect with seniors and ask them if there are any openings in their project. Then ask release from the current project.
