I have a 15-month work from home exception, but I don't have the support of my parents and my in-laws are dead. I went to the office until I completed 2 years of my baby. Will you give me an work from home exception? If I ask to manager ? Please any one help me like how can I ask and whom can I ask for work from home exception?

Mostly thy don't provide permanent WFH

You have to arrange backup for that either maid/relatives/ let your husband take care of your baby

If that not possible try to ignore office some or other day we have face consequences be prepared to answer it

Also start looking for permanent WFH jobs outside ACC

If your husband is govt employee i suggest you to resign take a break and give complete attention to ur baby and family and ur well being

Mostly this request will be denied, their argument will be not to set such precedence.

Arrange a nanny and you need to go to office 1 day as of now that can be managed

To be frank idhi workout avvadhu andi. But you can try raising exception request for 3 months WFH. Explain your concern with People Lead and HR partner then communicate with Workday Manager. All 3 people should be communicated. Then raise exception for 3 months they will approve.
In that 3 months, plan things with your husband if he is supportive and showing kindness. Otherwise arrange a nanny and look to relocate near to office location and go to office weekly 1 day and just wipe in and out. If the baby health issue is not better, try extending another 1-2months speaking with again all 3 people.
