Need advise-RMG meet

I have been allocated from oct 1 and attended one review meeting with rmg and hr.and then from no comms from them and no-one is responding so planning to meet rmg in person and request them like this uncertainties makes me nervous so if you want i can leave the organisation with benefits of you provided..will it work?if i talk like this my yoe-13,
