Need advise -resignation /severance pay
Hi, I would appreciate some guidance on my current situation. I was added to the fluidity list in September and was informed that if I get listed again, it may lead to an exit discussion. Based on that communication, I started exploring opportunities outside and have now received an offer with a joining date of December 4. At the same time, I have not received any second-level call from RMG, even though my status shows "on bench" from October 1. Since my joining date is approaching, I am unsure whether I should wait any longer or go ahead and initiate my resignation process. If I submit my resignation now, will I be released by, the end of this month? I also noticed that after checking with RMG about my allocation, I started receiving a few project calls, which has added to my confusion. T have decided to move on, but I want to make a well-informed and smooth transition. Could you please advise what would be the best step to take in this situation?

Resign n go for the new offer immdiately

But you said you were added to fluidity list in Sept but on bench since Oct 1st. So you were added fluidity list while you were allocated already? Any reason you are aware of?

Yes my manger inform because of my c band .as per system i am unallocated bit still working in the project

My honest suggestion - don't wait submitting resignation for the sake of severance pay if you have offer letter. You won't be trrated humanely if you are getting relieved so they may trouble last date and all. Why unnecessary hassle. Focus on future.

Thanks.will they give early release if i put paper tomorrow?my manager told he will support me whatever last day i want but i am concerned because as per system i was unallocated from oct 1..I have email as i am actively working in this project to rmg
