When i think about long term, I am confused.

Onsite - 120k$ and tcs salary 36LPA
Other company offer india - 60LPA

I thought so, but heard 100k for c3b, will get confirmation by next week.

At this moment, please chase experience rather than salary. I bet our org's onsite comes with loads of managerial responsibility which will backfire when you come back..
