Need Advise on Rental Agreements

Hi Hyderabad,

The owner is asking for a two-month deposit but is not requiring a rental agreement. He mentioned that the first month’s deposit will be an advance for the current month, and the second month’s deposit will be adjusted against the last month’s rent when you leave.

Should we proceed without a rental agreement?
