Trending @Infosys; Need Advise on PIP

I am just seeking help and advise please me help me on this actually I have just joined infosys in march I have not completed the 6 months properly in my new project I have suggested one suggestion in salesforce LWC to my lead , but she don't agre with that and even easclated to manager now she is telling that she will put me in PIP and will terminate me immediately as I am in probation.

To be honest I am totally mentally harassed by such small things they are terminating employee easily, if I mentioned in my resume i have worked only 5 months that will effect me ? .
