Trending @Infosys; Need Advise on DM approval for early release

Hello everyone

Please help and advise me i have initiated separation process after discussing with manager and then HR they are saying required DM approval.

Will DM generally aprove early release as of now I am completely free form last 2 month no dependency and anything with me .

I have seen a colleague giving some medical reason and manager asked for a lengthy document with reason for early release.. i also depends on rapo with your manager
