Trending @Infosys; Need Advise

Hello all., I have finished my Masters in Engineering and joined infy at 2022 January as a fresher in JL3 position (System Engineer). I have gone through online training for both Generic and Stream. I gave my best and got good marks in trainings. But i didnt get project for long time. Nearly for 1.8 yrs I was in bench. Got re-skilled in some other stream and gave my best and got good mark. Then I got a project. But that project is not related to my generic or stream or re-skilled course. Its a support project. Here in this project I don’t feel productive. I will complete 3yrs in infy in Jan 2025.

Since i was in bench long time., my probation got extended., progression got late. Now I am in JL3A (SSE) and getting 4.5LPA. I dono when I will get promoted to JL4 (TA).

Please drop ur advises for me about my career growth. Is it ok to continue here ? Or should I go out? Having Masters degree and getting 4.5LPA for 2.8 yrs of experience is ok ? What should I do. Please guide me. Thank you.
