Need Advice, Works in IBM consultant current CTC 4.5

Currently i am working in IBM as consultant techstack is CRM.

I joined IBM in Nov 2024. To be honest tech stack(MS Dynamic 365) is not at all interesting its so boring just customisation things to do and CTC is also too low.

In IBM after band change from 6G to 6A they give 40 to 45% hike. So should i wait for this hike then switch or i should switch now.

What happen if i will switch after one year of experience as a CRM developer. What will be the growth opportunity and salary hike ?
