Need Advice which to select
I am currently in a situation where I have to choose between two offers:
✅ Cognizant – 16 LPA, role involving KMP (Kotlin Multiplatform) ✅ Infosys – 19 LPA, role focusing on Kotlin + Jetpack
Both are good opportunities, but the decision is tricky. One offers better compensation, while the other has cutting-edge technology exposure.
I would love to hear from experienced professionals – Which option would be better for long-term growth in terms of career progression, learning curve, and stability?
Both are service based, so not sure how much time you will be allocated on the project/technology
But you can go for Cognizant since you must have already know Kotlin+Jetpack and adding KMP to your skill set would be a good thing meanwhile whats your YOE

Take infosys. To get the same package in cognizant, you’ll have to wait for 2 good appraisals, whereas you can just join infosys now and get that package for the same work.
