My 1st cousin just did his BTech in CSE, and now struggling to find a job. Even my referral didn't work as he got rejected from many companies.
Now he has been offered an internship and 90% PPO chances from a startup which is doing good and has approx 150 employees.
BUT here comes the twist, he was looking for product roles but got the above offer for an account executive role aka program management role. And now he is panicking whether he should take this offer or not.
BTW the company is offering WFH. And PPO around 4lpa. (That's what he told me)
