Need advice to choose offer.

I have 2 offers, 1 from a service based MNC for which the client will be Mercedes and the CTC offered is 25 LPA and the other is from an infra automation startup (series A funded and the offered CTC here is 28 LPA. The position offered by MNC is of manager/c2 and the one offered at startup is of lead. MNC - hybrid (3 days wfo) Startup - remote

Please help me choose as I’m an immediate joiner.
