[Need Advice] ServiceNow | Software Engineer | IC2 | Hyderabad

Hey Coders, I have received 2 job offers from Betterworks and ServiceNow. Below are the compensation details of Betterworks. I need help in compensating with ServiceNow , and would love some insights from anyone with experience or knowledge about ServiceNow and Betterworks.

Education: B.Tech from Tier 3 College Years of Experience: 2.5+ years Current Compensation: ₹15,00,000 per year Current Location: Hyderabad

Betterworks Title: Software Engineer Location: WFH Base Salary: ₹21,00,000 per year Bonus: 5% Stocks: 25,500 ESOPS (Vested equally over 4 years)

ServiceNow Title: Software Engineer (IC2), with work focused mainly on JavaScript Location: Hyderabad

I am confused like how much should I expect at ServiceNow based on the previous offer and which one is the best to join. It will help me in compensating with HR. Thank you all in advance :)
