Need advice: road map to AI architect / Developer

Am a software developer with around 6 yoe. I just want to skill up and take the AI main course. Bad researched the key skill include python, statistical math, regression, Deep learning models , transformer, model training and optimization ande deployment. Where am struggling is to build a scalable solution.

An advice of same would be much valuable.
