Need advice : Relocate or Switch

Currently working as Senior Consultant at exit level for Deloitte USI based out of Bangalore location having a package of 32 lpa including bonus (10%) but my hometown is in West Bengal. But considering the market standard I think the compensation is not appropriate for 10 years experience folk. So the main question is should I stay in Bangalore and look for new opportunity or move out to West Bengal ( as Deloitte USI is already there in Kolkata) and continue in the current organization.
