Need advice regarding new technology

I have total 2.7 years of experience but recently shifted to Power BI and sql and got a project in same.

Open for advice on Whether I can continue with same or need to add on more skills to get upgrade even beyond TCS.

If needed what I can learn more and from where?

If anyone has current market knowledge how much hike I can get if worked for 1-2 years in same(Power BI + SQL)
